Rain hasn't come to much yet, just a couple of drops.  Shelves weren't too bad but the freezers were almost empty this time.

Still raining here, stopped a couple off times and managed to get tag out for his jobby.

No rain overnight,cool starlite morning wee a touch o frost on the cars, nice sunrise as me and Tag come back in.

Clear skies and 5°c with some occasional showers on the way with more heavy rain later in the day. Think the boss has a trip out planned and I'm sheduled to ride shotgun

Not working today Boaby - off to Morton Hall for the weekend. The Boss wants to visit the National Art Gallery and Museum.  Regular Culture Vulture she is.....

Back from the early shop. raining hard but has just cleared here now so should dry up then better days to come. Managed to get XL eggs no problem but they don't look very XL to me. Fairly quiet everywhere at 0730am and just the usual handful of regulars in the supermarket.
Have great time if you are travelling and if not,,, still have a great time.

Bright at moment, 6° rising to only 8. Very high chance of rain later. Much improvement expected over the weekend.

Dreich morning,no pleasure in walking in it, so it's back under the duvet ,Tags has his ablutions and his breakfast.

Yesterday's showers didn't materialise but we did get drizzle in the evening. This morning we've got a watery looking sky but it's dry so far. There was a cold wind blowing yesterday and it's only hitting 4°c right now. Got a few things to organise today, none of which involves shops 

Take it easy

Blue skies and a few puffy clouds with 9 degrees and dry. Forecast looks quite promising, have to go to the big City at 1100 hrs but after that should be able to get on a bit. Looks like Costa Coffee o'clock might be on the cards in Truro.

After a week of mixed weather it looks like the it’s getting better. We are able to sit outside in our new chairs for the first time this trip. Muttly has dozed off on the grass at the back of the pitch. 
We are heading to the west side of Dumfries and Galloway next week so hopefully we won’t get blown away.

Warmed up in the afternoon, dry cool and overcast this morning,good walk with Tag, gulls are dive bombing again, nests seem to be getting built further inland ,many on new houses.

It got really warm here too yesterday with lots of sunshine. 9°c just now but it looks quite murky outside and not much set to change over the day. At least it will stay dry. Forecast is promising for next week, just in time for our first outing of the year.

Take it easy

After sitting out in the sun yesterday we woke this morning to a damp misty start. The river Dee valley and houses are shrouded in mist. If it clears up later we might walk down into Kirkcudbright and look for a cafe with outside tables at lunch time.

Damp and dreary here, rain overnight.  Temp up to 14 today with more rain expected. Looking similar for week ahead, what happened to the 20° predicted a few days ago?

Hopefully the sun will appear here soon Ian, Filey Brigg was covered in a thick sea fret/har
Earlier,we gave Tag a wee donder and came back home.
Wife has her second wash load on. So not all is lost.
Washed down the van Flowtex carpets a few days ago,all nice a dry to refit on the van. Amazing how mucky they can get.

Well, after a nice relaxing weekend away it's back to the daily grind.  9 degrees here and a clear sky.  Forecast is to remain dry so fingers crossed.

Up to 11°c and heading for (rubbing my eyes  ) 17° later according to the BBC. It still looks a bit misty outside so I guess it will burn off as the sun gets up.

Bright sunny morning down here, promises to be a good week. Have to make a trip to Falmouth this morning then no doubt it will be out with the sunbeds.....I mean paintbrushes to continue doing the white walls around the place. Yearly job as everything goes green here in the Winter with mould.

They've let us down again   Struggled up to 14° but it's still cloudy with a damp feeling about the atmosphere. Never mind, had great fun repairing the gardener's lawnmower (again), whoever came up with the two handle triggerswitch mechanism deserves a medal........for the worst design ever. It relies on plastic tabs which are always going to fail 

Travelled to Criccieth this morning , went the scenic route avoiding the A55, through Denbigh to Pentrefoelas and Ffestiniog,. What should have been very scenic was a complete black out for 10 miles, fog with visibility down to 50 metres. Once past the fog gorgeous views and sun making an appearance.

Brightened up nicely by mide morning,nice run out to Whitby, lovely run over the moors,very busy .
