Woke to heavy snow falling which didn't lie, now bright sunshine and clear sky.
Like the sound of your day GH
Hope you feel better throughout the day

Re: Weather
Really cold frosty night, no wind, some black ice ,otherwise fine for walking with Tag. Just by coincidence I was out by the van when the same guy that broke up the street sign last week ( allegedly) he stumbled by, followed him around the corner just to see if I could find out where he lived. Bingo
Hope your on your feet again BB, have a nice day.

Mild here this morning after a bit of overnight rain, hoping everyone has a lie in before an easy day.
Donkey Sanctuary tomorrow and Falmouth so I am requested. Tour guide and chauffeur now, Grandchildren finding car so small and roads even smaller.
Have a great day all

Covid test negative this morning, made a curry last night in attempt to taste some food, got the heat but still tasted like cotton wool, eating not a pleasure with no taste. Resorted to drinking tap water as no point paying g for fruit juice squash or pop if all taste the same. Other than that feel much better and want to do things this morning, will see if stamina matches my ambition
Zero degrees and sunny, like most other places, snow forecast overnight
GH, looks like you will be in for a rest when visitors go
Chris, at least with you living in van contractors will get a good run at bathroom. We future proofed main bathroom when I retired..raised toilet seat, large bath and 900x1800mm shower with room for stools etc. Grab rails fitted. Made a huge difference

Enjoy your visitors GH, hard work doing redcoat duties Nice detective work Boaby, clickety click
-3°c and frosty with clear skies. Weatherfront arriving from the west around lunchtime with snow turning to rain. Looks like much of the same for the next few days. Gardener needs more pots so I guess it's a (very) quick visit to the DIY store.
Take care folks

1 degree here at the moment and dry with clear skies. No snow forecast here, just heavy rain all night.

Broken ribs and covid, take it easy out there guys, hope you get back to 100% soon.
It is quite amusing shopping with the visitors though " Hey, you mean you have to pack your own bag in the shopping mall and no one carries it to the trunk for you"......" That guy in the little red van really posts your mail through a box in your door, how does he know where all the houses are"....
Raining now, escaped to renew the tax on the van and beat up the insurance company, opening bid £330.74, are they having a giraffe Let's see where we end up.

Clouded over with a cooler breeze.

Back in the Bungalow now they worked late last night as we were in the van, and finished off this morning, we had the bath taken out and a large walk in shower in its place, but they had to build a stud wall as the wast pipe from the toilet was in the way plaster board it then we had the shower panels installed , makes it a lot easier now for the Longhaired Admiral who has MS and is starting to struggle now

Damp, Dank, Dreich and Dismal just about sums it up. 4 degrees and the rain is chucking it down. Not a nice day at all.

Same dull day as everyone else by the sound of it. Milder at 10° already but rain looks very likely. Shopping for us as well.

Poured down all yesterday and the same today, with strong almost gale-force winds.
Noticed on the web this morning that there are concerns over dry rivers after a dry February.
I bet all the reservoirs in Wales are full to overflowing, given how much rain we've had just in the past fortnight!

Re: Weather
Rain cleared during the night ,no wind or frost, just a meadow mist in patches over the damp grass.
Enjoyable walk with Tag, lots of birds joining the dawn chorus, Mavis being the loudest.
We used to have around 30+ frogs in the pond a few years ago, reduced to 14 at the last count, lots of spawn though.
Have a nice day, take care if your traveling.
