Cloud rolled in overnight so temperature starting to rise but still frost on cars. Rain forecast.

Management has routine hospital appointment at lunchtime, will probably take 10 minutes but with parking problems at hospital I will be driving and despite being only 18 miles to Ninewells in Dundee we will need to leave over an hour before appointment and even at that may just have to offload her and mobility scooter then drive aimlessly around car park until she is finished. Coffee will be needed afterwards so 10 minute appointment means 3 to 4 hours out of house

Still 4°c but dull and damp with little change over today. Out for coffee for me after dropping the boss at the hairdressers. What it is to live life in the fast lane

Glorious day down here yesterday, managed to get out and catch some rays (sun not sting) just the stubbies it was that warm. Hammering down with rain today, colder, grey and dismal what a difference a day makes.
Wondering whether it isn't time to downsize where we live, been here 21 years but as time passes it is just becoming more and more work and we really don't need a house of this size for two of us. Always a difficult decision so an agent coming round to value the place on Thursday, we will see what happens.

Rain for most of the day but milder than yesterday.

All well for management following her appointment which took 20 minutes. Left home at 12.25 and got back at 3.50 having been for a coffee on way home. Got parked in disabled bay no problem so went in to hospital and had a takeaway portion of hospital lentil soup, quite nostalgic having had many plates of it during my time working in NHS.

Chilly dry starlite morning, fret/har rolling along the coast and fields, nice walk with Tag away from the damp.

9 degrees here this morning but feels colder. Not raining but it's still a damp old morning and to stay cloudy and overcast all day with rain forecast for later on

Raining g with heavy fog overnight. Better day forecast for tomorrow so will wait until then before starting to get can ready for weekend away to Dunbar

Much the same as Dave here, pretty dank and 8°c. The gardener needs some plants so we may have a working lunch, that is, I might get a lunch out if I agree to help get the plants

Must be everywhere, warmer here at 12 degrees but still overcast with light rain and not a great day for doing much outside. Need to clean the car which is pretty dirty after all the ferrying of guests but need a dry patch to get out and do it.
HGV medical and licence application went off today, let's see if the DVLA can beat their 18 month record it took to complete the last renewal!

Overcast but felt warmer today. After being on the Norfolk coast in a rather open spot it made a change to be out of wind now. 
Muttly was all skittish on his walk probably being back to his own patch. He didn’t think much to hailstones and rain on Monday. 

Heavy rain throughout the night,eased of around 6, enough time to get Tag out for a brief donder, heavy rain back on, no let up until later.

Morning Boaby, I am indeed up for work, luckily working from home today as it's raining.  8 degrees and wet so I'm not straying to far from the house today.

The shopping can wait until tomorrow.

7 degrees this morning, dry but feels damp as heavy fog, visibility below 50 ya4ds when I was out earlier. Dry bright day forecast if fog lifts.

Suns out here and warming up, lots of eggs in our local shop Tony, £1.49 for 6 large brown eggs , local farm in Scarborough.

Sun is out here too, 13 degrees, just been to view a bungalow and agent coming to look at Hog Castle this afternoon. Really don't want to move but it may be better to downsize before we are forced to as this place gets harder to maintain!
Should be an interesting exercise at least.

A nice warm and bright day here. It must have rained during the night because muttly was getting quite excited by the wet grass. Saying that he will need a lot of sleeping time after two days of energetic walks. 

Up to 13°c and sunny  here too, feels very warm out. We got eggs in Aldi, there were only 4 boxes left    We buy the extra large free range ones which are about the same size as the ordinary eggs when we were growing up, the small ones look like they have been laid by budgies.

Anyway, my Sunday lunch has been saved

Mind years ago the wife and I stayed in a wee B& B on Millport, when asked what we wanted for breakfast,I asked for Couple of boiled eggs with toast, 10 minutes later the hoist appeared with 2 Pullet eggs, could barely see them above the egg cup.
Anyway, heavy shower through out the day,much milder.

10 degrees and lovely and sunny at the moment.  No idea what it's going to do - looking out the window at the back of the house, lovely blue skies with no cloud, front of the house, completely different story, really dark cloud.

7°c and a dry morning with light cloud and a little breeze. The forecast for the next few days is much the same with a bit more cloud but warming up a tad too. Don't be falling for any of those Riplaloof stories tomorrow, now
