Another dry day, what's not to like. Bit of a chill in the air but the Daffodils and Crocuses are cheering the garden up. Another busy day for us.

Re: Weather
A grey day here but it’s not raining so far. Our drive home yesterday was mixed with rain drizzle and bright patches until we got home.
After our walk it will be van cleaning and tidy up. As much as we tried to keep the sand from our last park up out the carpet is sandy. Muttlie hasn’t got the idea of wiping feet yet.
Seeing a van with a filthy roof whilst we were away reminded me I really must get ours cleaned. Unfortunately my garden hose pipe has split in two places this winter making it too short for washing the roof. I don’t want to use the one in the van so I will see what Screwfix has to offer.

5° and sunny here, rising to 9 this afternoon. Returned from 2 nights away yesterday so it's washing clothes and drying outside today.

Re: Weather
Slightly overcast but not too bad, a useable sort of day at 9 degrees! New fencing on order, getting someone to do it for me this time, hopefully he will start next week, he said do'n dreckly so the chances are .....!
The neighbours Burstner A class that has sat here since last October was towed away yesterday (comfortmatic gearbox fault), knew getting it through the gates would be hard and so it turned out, steered into the gateposts rather than through them so another job created! Hey ho.
Have a great day all

Re: Weather
Cooler this morning at 3 degrees and overcast but should brighten up later. Got joiners and sparkys coming tomorrow to install a new ceiling after some water damage due to a leaking roof so shopping night will be early this week (I'm going to channel my inner Tony ).

Re: Weather
If you intend to do that, you need to start with at least 10 minutes in front of a mirror to perfect a decent growl.
Not a bad day yesterday with lots of sunshine, but there was a cool wind at times keeping the temperature down. Today looks to be much the same bringing more sunshine and light winds with a high of 11°c. As for the shops.......bring it on
Take care folks

Re: Weather
A chilly and misty start this morning. Nothing really planned today apart from re packing the bedding and towels in the van. Maybe I will have some time in the workshop iff only to have a bit of thinking time. I stopped part way through making something last week and I can’t remember were I am up to.

A bright but chilly start this morning. Because our kids are working Sunday we are out for breakfast with our son this morning and tea at our daughters later.

Re: Weather
Managed to get the shopping done without upsetting anyone, still don't get Lidl selling boxes of assorted (fixing) nuts without selling bolts to match
It's been raining overnight so everything is damp this morning. The forecast is for it to be cloudy and dry but feeling colder than the high of 6°c because of the strong NE winds. Having to struggle out today, well somebody has to bring the wheelie bins back in

Re: Weather
4 degrees and drizzly. Was going to give the van a wash but not much point as rain is forecast for later on. Looks like it may be a feet up and telly day.
