2000 "Symbol" battery charging

Can anyone tell me where the Zig -7 charger is located in my 2000 Symbol please? I fear I may have to exchange it for new. After trying everything (checked all relevent fuses, fully charged battery, etc.,) the control panel still shows red light.

Possibly under false floor in cupboard under sink unit.
