Rain overnight again , sun shining now, how long for who knows?

Another night of heavy showers, easing of around 6, no rush to head out with Tag ,so had a wee donder out around 8 am,suns out now,wife has 2 wash loads out.
Tons of tree leaves to clear up, to wet for vacuum.

Largely blue skies and not a bad start, hopefully it will last. Not sure what is planned for the day yet but a few domestic chores to do first then out and about. Anyone travelling stay safe and make the most of it.

It’s certainly been a day of changes. It was cold and damp for our morning walk but it brightened up by lunch time. Whilst I was in the workshop this afternoon it absolutely pored down including hail as well. I stayed put until it stopped. 
As I got back to the house the window cleaner turned up. He was sheltering in the bus shelter round the corner until the rain and hail stopped. 

It's been a beautiful day here. Only 12° but clear skies, light breeze.

Turned out nice and sunny with the odd cloud burst, still clearing up leaves .

Mild night and morning with stronger wind than I expected, think wind direction was just right to resonate against corner of the dormer in our bedroom, sounded like a plane passing close by.

Back from the early shop, somehow managed to spend over £300 this week feeding the household with its swelling population. two more people to pick up from the airport tomorrow then another three arriving tomorrow night. Now about moving in to a two bedroom bungalow....

Rather overcast this morning but dry and still stupidly mild, very pleased for everyone it isn't wet and windy and we are all stuck indoors.

Phew, what a scorcher!

Currently 16 degrees, before 6.30 in the morning. Well above threshold for shorts, however they are packed away at back of wardrobe till spring.

Dry mild ,no wind with a light sea fret/ har. Good walk with Tag down the harbour to see the wee boaties go out.back along the promanard and home.
Porridge for breakfast,good ole Scots old fashioned mix.

Back to single figures for temperature again this morning, nipped out to get some proper Scottish morning rolls for breakfast. Get these from newsagent in High St, bakers and supermarket versions never as good. Lovely with dry cure back bacon and a nice cuppa.

17 degrees overnight and topped out at around 24 in the shade today - dropped down to Nerja for a few days (needed a few tea bags and barley water…). Lovely walk to Frigiliana and back, mainly in the dry river bed so plenty of shade for the pooches.

Thick sea fret/ har this morning,really dreich, short walk with Tag,local fog alarms going off on the coast.

I dosnt seem as cold this morning but it’s misty. Muttly will like the damp grass on his walk.

To quote the Bjork song "It's oh so quiet ......" All guests have now departed and all that is left is a mountain of bedding, towels etc to wash so its a good job today is dry and reasonably bright. No rain forecast until this evening then dry again again tomorrow before the rain sets in again.
Last few days we have been so lucky, the younger ones have all been in the sea and no coats needed anywhere so all is well. Next job to look forward to is up in the attic and Christmas trees down, how did we have time to work?

Can be a bit of an odd time GH, missing the company but glad of the peace and quiet. After years of my wife being the target and recipient of mozzie bites it appears that they have found the taste my blood more attractive 

Don't suppose anyone wants to know the weather in Madeira 

Another chilly and grey day here again. Typically we are away for three nights tomorrow and the weather is turning to wet and breezy. 
Hopefully the Humber Bridge won’t be closed to us. I don’t mind the drive round as we are not in a rush but the last time we were turned back at the bridge the Holden Bridge on the M62 was closed to high sided vehicles. The alternative through Google and Crowle is all back lanes.

A miserable day here, cool at 12 , a little light rain but so dark , hilltops disappeared in the mist.

Glorious day here once fog/mist burned off.
Fantastic view of Jupiter, 10 mins later no view of Jupiter, lost in the new fog.

Heavy rain showers overnight,cleared by 3.30, mild ,clear starlite sky, out with Tag before the next front comes in this morning.
