Sound Bar Options
Hi all
I bought an Aldi 21 inch Medion TV which is mounted on a wall bracket in the motorhome. The Picture is amazing, however because it is a modern flat TV the speaker is quite tinny and can even distort at low volume. I thought about hanging a small Soundbar below it but the avtex ones are over £100. The TV has a usb and a few other outputs so I’m wondering if anyone else has bought a small soundbar that takes its power from the TV?

A lot of Bluetooth speakers can also take a cable connection and can charge/power from USB. If you also get a Bluetooth transmitter you can locate the speaker where it best suits you.

Re: Sound Bar Options
I got one of these a year or so ago and was amazed at the quality of sound, especially the bass, and the chargeable battery life, although presumably it could be left charging via the USB-C. It also has a slot for SD card so can be used as a stand-alone player, great for when I shower in the morning. The only thing I found was that using it with our Sony Bravia TV (at home, not in the van!) when on bluetooth the sound sometime got a bit out of sync, however no such problem when connected by the aux-in cable.

I've just noticed it's currently shown as unavailable on Amazon, however this seems to be identical spec under another name:
