Re: Tv sound
If you have an "aux" input on your radio, then probably, by connecting this to the headphone socket of the TV with a 3.5mm - 3.5mm audio lead.
If you radio has Bluetooth, you could also use a Bluetooth transmitter dongle to transmit the sound from the TV headphone socket.

Re: Tv sound
Another way would be to use an FM transmitter device (if you have an analogue car radio, not digital) like this: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Plug the jack plug into the headphone socket of your TV and the device will then transmit your TV audio on a radio frequency. Tune your radio to that frequency and you can have TV audio via your radio...quick, easy, cheap....and then later us the same device for any other audio e.g. Music from your phone or iPad etc.,

Re: Tv sound
I have plugged an fm modulator into the back of the radio connected to an audio socket which gives excellent sound through the van's speakers. Still doesn't get round the 20 min cut off.

As the OP has a Euro 5 van, he will be able to listen for 180 minutes at a time.

Re: Tv sound
I plug a Bluetooth transmitter into the headphone socket of the TV and use a blue tooth speaker located wherever is most appropriate at the time.
The FM system always suffers from interference, I've had several and the current Avtex has it built in but its no use. Avtex are looking at installing blutooth but its a couple of years off yet.

We use one like this (with the added advantage that it can be powered from your TV's USB socket, if it has one)

Re: Tv sound
Toffee , there is a fix published somewhere on this site that allows you to change the radio so it runs for 180 minutes. If you can't find it repost and I will search for my copy and post it here.

I have the sheet baz sent it to me the radio does not have the option to change to more than 20 minutes, the only other option is 0minutes where it doesn't stay on at all.GCCrow wrote:Toffee , there is a fix published somewhere on this site that allows you to change the radio so it runs for 180 minutes.
