Wet and gusty old night here but a little better this morning, still a distinct lack of birds in the garden maybe because there are so many berries and nuts in the woods nearby? At least dry now, may try to pop up to the north coast later to see if the huge swell forecast is for real.

Waxing down your surf board GH.    , turned out nice here,although very windy on the coastal path.

I wish Boaby. Had an accident many years ago and told I would never walk again so any surfing stopped then. Sheer bleddy determination proved the medics wrong fortunately 

We were due to leave the Lakes tomorrow but decided to take an earlier bus home after hearing the advance forecast, heavy rain all day with flood warnings for the area. Didn't fancy draining the van down in torrential downpours It was pretty breezy today giving alternating fantastic sunny views and dark brooding skies with heavy showers. I know, wimp, but we live to fight another day (hopefully )

Starlite sky at 5, clouding over as the sun tries to come up ( or we move down).
Blackies out in the leave litter, also some Fieldfares in the hedge rows.

Morning all!
Rain has cleared us now, heavy showers overnight. Still very mild though. Busy day today, off to LIDL first thing then a walk, back home hitch up the trailer and collect number 1 mower from having a new gearbox fitted, no doubt it will be put to immediate use!
Make it a safe one.

Timing was spot on with weather yesterday.  It stayed dry yesterday long enough for me to repair the workshop roof and have a local walk with our son. 
This morning it’s soggy and grey here. Muttly managed to get up the garden before the drizzle started again. I am not sure if he will get much of a walk between showers.

Mild damp morning, light breeze, cloud cover, let's hope today is a good one,

Lovely sunny day and there's a breeze blowing, perfect for getting the holiday washing dried. This is a brief bit of respite before the rain comes back tomorrow.

Rain cleared mid day, very mild , just back in from a brief dog walk and I'm soaking with sweat, 13 degrees here.

Still mild but dreich, sea fret coming in, wind ramping up bringing in fine sand, coating everything.

Blowing hard and heavy rain but still warm.Not to worry first jonquils arrived yesterday so spring is here. Daffs will be following soon.... along with. Lockdown 

Windy very windy, can see rain in the distance and sky is gray parked in the van on the top of the Lincolnshire Wolds

Damp here with smirry rain with heavier stuff on the way. On the plus side, the Fieldfares arrived yesterday

Smir? ( or Smyr over the sea! ) Blowing  a hoolie  down here with gales forecast. Lashing it down with more to come not many on the camp sites prehaps because they shut on Monday

You have to admire this British weather, two hours after my first posting and the wind has dropped and the skies are blue. Front is coming your way Ladies and Gentleman!

All the leaves I didn't pick up last time have all started to pile up again, heavy showers throughout the morning.

Dry windy night,still mild, managed a quick hours walk with Tag before the rain came Stottin doon.
That's me in for the day I think, judging by our forecast.

What I can see threw the large skylight is very grey clouds, wind is gusting and occasionally heavy rain, another night here on Cleethorpes sea front

Very mild night,still dry at 4.30, although windy, short walk this morning,just couldn't be  *****d.

Same again here but the wind was really strong in the night, blew my external screen off, 3.30am in my undies putting it back
