Symbol single bed cushions
Hi, I wonder if anyone has a 2001 Symbol with a complete set of cushions? Our van seems to be missing some and I want to make some up so that we can use the single beds. The book mentions an armrest which folds over to complete one bed...ours doesn't have this. could anyone post some photos for me so that i can see what i am missing? Also, where on earth do you keep more cushions? Also, I don't think our wardrobe is floating, you can't put your feet under as it is solid....I am such a novice, but we are loving the van!

Re: Symbol single bed cushions
We started out with a Symphony which has the same seat/bed layout. Can't help with what they look like but if you aren't aware of what goes where , this will help...
There should be 3 cushions. The small one which normally lives behind rear single seat with a 'flap' goes in the gap behind drivers seat after the armrest is lifted and folded. The L shaped one goes between the back of the front passenger seat and the end of the laid flat rear single seat. The L bit is to go round the pillar of the seatbelt. Then the largest of the cushions fits between these two cushions if using as large double bed. It's not needed if you can sleep in the double across the van or use the singles.
If you are comfortable in the double across the van you can leave all 3 cushions at home.

Hi, we also have the same problem and are trying to find replacements or we will have them made. I have finally found the specs if this helps you? The material is no longer manufactured, so trying to find something close..

These have recently ended unsold on eBay. Contact the seller and see if still available....

Thanks so much, these are what we're trying to find (cushions 10, 6, 12, 11). In the symbol blue.. :)

There are also these on eBay from a Topaz. Maybe these are suitable. As for getting what you want in the blue, I think you may have to think about a complete reupholstery, they are virtually unobtainable let alone in the right colour....

Thanks!! I spoke to him yesterday, they are too small. Re-covering is fine, but the cushions we've seen on this video look different to the specs! Cushion 11 looks like it's an L..

Re: Symbol single bed cushions
If you read my earlier post the L cushion is to go around the seat belt pillar. It doesn't have to be L shaped, you could cope with a narrower cushion.
