sounds like your battery has gone to low to take charge from charger and make charger cut out .you need to put a good battery with a set of jump leads that then helps the battery take charge from good battery and get some volts back in your van battery .this is what we have to do a lot on vans trucks to get them to take charge. with out getting to tec modern chargers cut out under load if your leisure battery is charging ok sounds as this is your problem   I have been working on trucks and vans for  over 40 years so do no what I am talking about not like some that just want to say what they have got on here. I am here to help you and others with the problem on our auto sleeper vans going flat. give this I try and the volts should come up .DONT TRY AND START with jump leads as you will put a lot of load on parts I listed in last statement you only need cheap leads to do this when volts come up to 9 volts or above should then charge by its self

You might be right but - I'd check the fuses and the actual voltage at the battery first!

in your auto sleeper book page 7.34 shows the fuse as number 9 yellow 20 amp for my kemerton xl book check your book . if fuse is blown may blow again as the charger will be charging at full rate when it starts up . turn off electric if you change the fuse to stop the spark then turn on to start charger after fitting new fuse. you may have to do what I said before even if fuse is blow to stop the surge when the charger starts up or it may blow the new fuse as the charger puts out 25amp but the fuse is only 20 amp and with your battery that flat will be working charger at full rate when it starts up
