Duetto Electric Toilet Flush not Working
2004 model fitted with a C3 Thetford Cassette
3amp (I think) purple push in blade type automotive fuse inside cassette cavity blown; replaced but failed again,
possibly when flush is pressed
Any ideas anyone?

Re: Duetto Electric Toilet Flush not Working
Hi there,
Three possibilities are:
1. Short blowing fuse due to bare wire, loose wire or wet switch.
2. Seized pump blowing fuse due to overload.
3. Under-rated fuse replacement. (Not likely.)
Sure there are many others but these are the ones I would check first.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,

flush fuse
wire to the internal pump is likely perished and shorting.if it is the same as ours you can get at it thruogh the toilet roll cover on the bench.good luck g.

Re: Duetto Electric Toilet Flush not Working
If you use (or have used) flush water additive, have left water in the tank and have not used the flush for 4+ weeks then it is likely the pump is stuck. If you move the impeller to loosen it up with a small screwdriver that will often get it working again. This is a very common problem.
It could of course be a seized pump or faulty wiring.

Great result.
Thanks for letting us know that the problem is solved; but for future reference, what was the problem with the pump?
