Have you checked the fuse in the cassette compartment?

Is it a bench loo or swivel loo?

Rarely use the flush, for no1s spray with either diluted pink fluid or diluted zoflora. If no2 ( emergency only) then use Happy Bowl liners then spray as above. If need to clean bowl then either water from 2 litre bottle or shower head can be used. Our toilet flush does work but prefer above options

Its the bench type toilet Paul. Changed the fuse in the cassete compartment, took the button/switch of cleaned out the whole tank with clean water got the pump working by turning the fins round with a small screwdriver every things working now. Problem seem to start when i changed from pink flush to the green enviromental flush, it seemed to clog up everything. up!

Glad you're sorted. Never seen green flush , green for waste tank yes but never for flush tank. Was it one of those fluids that is supposed to do both?

ELSAN ORGANIC toilet fluid and rinse. we changed toilet cleaners when campsite at Bamburgh specified you had to use enviromental freindly fluid and rinse.

I've had toilet pumps fail more than once over winter, possible from freezing, so I now take precautions:
1) Drain the flush tank when winterising and half fill with winter anti freeze windscreen wash,
2) Every time I'm in the van for any reason over winter give the loo a quick flush
3) Drain the screen wash out before using the van for the new season.

I've also mover the cassette fuse from that ludicrous location at arms length inside the cassette compartment to the outside edge of the cassette just inside the locker door. Easy to check or change on a dark wet night!
