How do you remove and seal window frames ? Empty How do you remove and seal window frames ?

Please, does anyone know how to remove and replace 1992 Harmony sliding plastic roof window frames to seal and refit ?   Cannot see how they were assembled and fitted.
Are the frames fitted together with friction or once fitted totally locked ?
