Symbol Water Tank
Does the water tank on the Symbol have an overflow ?
I'm looking to buy one of those hozelock filler caps and there
are two types, one for tanks with overflows and one for tanks without.

Re: Symbol Water Tank
As far as I know the early Symbol has the same tank as my Symphony which simply has two holes in the top of the tank which 'overflow' when the tank is full and allow the air out as the water goes in. To check, just fill it up and see if water spills all over the floor under the van as mine does.

Our Symbol is a year 2000 and has an overflow, as Paulmold has suggested just fill it up and wait for it to over flow.

Re: Symbol Water Tank
Ours is the 2003 model, my wife thought ours had an overflow, but we thought it best to ask and make sure.
Yes I could have filled it up to test it, but the van is stored a few miles down the road.

Re: Symbol Water Tank
Ours does the same , overfill and watch the the water hit the floor. Confused us at first, but assumed must be an overflow , in the end.
