Weather

Widespread frost, pretty much like everybody else I guess. Clear sky should bring some sunshine and get up to a mighty 3°c later. Car gave me a wee present on my return from holiday yesterday, a dead battery. I was looking around for a tree branch to give it the "John Cleese" treatment 

We had more snow overnight covering the roads again after clearing yesterday. Temp is 2° rising to 5 around lunchtime with plenty of sun this afternoon so hopefully that will thaw it, plenty still around from yesterday.

Snowed last night ,thawed a wee bit, froze at dawn, heavy snow falling along the coast, 3 inches here.

Not quite as cold this morning, only -3 and the forecast is for a bright sunny day all day but to stay cold, only reaching around the 1 degree mark.
