A 2023 Warwick Duo should still be under warranty, shouldn't it?
I would get the supplying dealer to fix it, because ultimately that cost will come back to A/S, and give them some sort of incentive to do the job properly at the factory?

When Mark was the service manager he used to give a weekly report of all faults dealt with so that regular items could be sorted. No one cared , so he left .
As for pipe, it's just push on so a jubilee clip solves it.

Agreed - if you are going to do the job yourself, then a stainless pipe clip should do the job. But be aware that there are several grades of stainless clip, and on some the "worm" screw is just plated steel - so make sure you get one that is all-stainless (and don't over-tighten it!).
