Warwick XL Leisure Battery Died
Hi Folks,
After 7 years the leisure battery has given up the ghost.
The factory fitted unit is a Hankook XV70MF 12V 900A (MCA) / 720A (CCA) 90Ah
My Warwick XL has a Sargeant EC500 charger / controller. According to their manual, you can use a 50-210Ah leisure battery with their kit. The battery box is adjustable & has space for a larger unit.
I don’t want to go the lithium route as we’re likely to change vans in the next year. Any recommendations please for the new battery brand?
We usually have a hook-up on site but occasionally have 2-3 days without. Is it worth going for a beefier Ah battery?
Thanks for your feedback

Can't go wrong with a Yuasa of a size to fit from Tanya.

Biggest one that'll fit, Tayna has dimensions for every battery. Just be sure the terminals are in the right orientation, also on Tayna .....

If you are definitely changing vans next year I would just replace with like for like, don't waste your money, if you might keep the van then I would go on the Yuasa route
