My 21 Nuevo suffered the same fate and up then no b2b were fitted, I took our van into Willersea as it's nearer to me (we bought from WCM Brent Knoll.
The best that I could get at the time was supplied at cost price but it still made my wallet cry.
Check your fuses as two of mine had to be uprated to 30 amp from 20 amp on recommendation from Sargent Electrical. apparently, when you start the engine on a van fitted with a smart charger it hits the battery's with a high charge a bit like a microwave oven.
