Warwick XL 2018 fridge issue
Hi folks, our fridge works fine on gas, the inside light comes on and it chills. But on 240v hook up the panel lights to show its on 240v and selected either Auto or 240, but it doesn’t chill at all. Other 240 services work, just the fridge fails. The inside light doesn’t come on so seems a power issue. But the panel knows it’s on 240.
Fuse 6 yellow at 20 looks intact but I’ve no multimeter here.
Fuse 7 same.
Fuse 8 red 10A looks ok
We do have spare fuses to try when next hooked up.
The only other symptom I’ve noticed when hooked up is the distributor unit under the side bench ‘flutters’ occasionally - sounds like a relay firing.
Any ideas? Just about to board Dover ferry for 2 weeks, can manage on gas, just things defrost when driving!
Cheers all,

Not sure about the 240v problem, you say defrost while driving, if so do you get a flashing error message on fridge panel while engine running? If so check fridge fuse in EM40 unit behind driver's seat. If fuse OK unscrew unit and check plugs behind it, if fridge one has loose connection may see signs of burning. Cleaning terminals with small screwdriver and refitting plug often helps.

The fridge runs from 12v whilst driving and is powered by the habitation battery so I have been told which is in turn charged from the alternator whilst the engine is running, check the fuses as above post but I would also check voltage of the Habitation battery , the fridge also takes a good 12 hours to get down in temp

Thank you for your reply. I will try your trouble shooting advice. Any thoughts on the fluttering/ticking noise coming from around the PSU?
Update: there are no error messages displayed on the fridge/display

Re: Warwick XL 2018 fridge issue
I've just had the same issue whilst in Ireland (WAW). Turned out to be the connectors in the unit behind the seat. I bought some crimps/spade connectors and replaced all the plug in connectors within the unit. I've had no problems since.
