I had a loose kitchen tap .
Easy fix
remove the cutlery draw
reach in and tighten nut with a 10 mm box or sockect spanner.
I am 80 and arthritic so nice to find an easy fix

Having changed the kitchen tap recently on the Duo, yes I found it easy once I found the right size box spanner in my garage!
