Symbol - kitchen Tap

Hi,
We have a 2003 Symbol, with a tiny leak on the kitchen tap. It appears to be coming from the junction between the fixed body of the tap and the swiveling section. I assume an 'o' ring to be the culprit but does anyone have experience in this area ??
