Symbol kitchen Tap

Hi,
I have finally got around to fixing the small leak in my kitchen tap.
I need to replace the cartridge but am having difficulty in finding one with the correct 'o'ring configuration (a round with 2 rectangularish parts).
It is a 2003 model, does anyone know what brand of tap AS fitted at that time.
