6 degrees dry and no wind.

As well as playing viola in two local orchestras, both of which are rehearsing weekly just now I have been asked to play in the pit for local musical society who are doing Sunshine on Leith in a couple of weeks, 3 and a half hour band call this morning, in next two weeks I will be rehearsing or performing on 11 of 14 days. Just as well I am retired as I will have plenty of time to recover.

Heard last night airbag ECU for van has been repaired, will refit early next week hopefully.

9°c here just now but that's to drop to -1°c tonight. It's dry and a bit cloudy now with a band of rain passing over as it heads south later.

Good news on the a/b ecu BB, hope the fitting goes well. Sounds like you're having a ball GH, hope your wife had a great birthday.

Rather dull here although 8° rising to 10. Tonight down to zero, last night was 8, strange weather. Little chance of rain.

Uncomfortable night so had a late start this morning,short walk with Tag , cooler ,dry without any breeze.

Frosty this morning with a clear sky although it's already 1°c. Few bits and pieces of DIY on the go today, after I read the papers of course happyyes

Looks like a cold one today, only 1° right now rising to 8 but back down by teatime to 3 and down to -1 tonight. Bright and sunny so far.

UK all time record is 1053, so, by any standards, that's high! Also checked online, ditto from several weather sources

Cool dry morning,nice walk with Tagbefore we headed up the coast, I'm glad I've kept my winter whiskers as it was very cold walking along the coastal path.

A very sunny day but bitterly cold, had a wander up to the seafront today to watch the sand racing, loads of hats and scarfs and thick coats been worn

It’s been much brighter here today with no cloud cover this evening. That could make it a chilly night.
Hopefully this drier weather will last until next week because we are off to,York on Tuesday without the Rienza. Management wants a change so we are staying in a hotel for a couple of nights whilst we have a dog sitter. It will feel strange being away without muttly:walkies:

Icy with clear sky, lovely full moon th8s morning, sitting with a cuppa watching it descend towards Grampian mountains as day breaks behind the house. Lovely peaceful way to start the week

Frost has gone, it's supposed to be 6°c but it still feels very cold. Sky is clear right now but we anticipate a band of cloud moving in from the west. At least it looks like a dry day. Still got several things on the go, it appears that when one thing gets fixed, another decides to pack in. Ho hum shrugg

Slight frost on neighbour's rooves this morning, but clear blue sky and very sunny now.
baro got to 1045 later on yesterday, changed its paper this morning at 1043 so still v high.

Management had to scrape the windscreen on her car this morning but it’s been a lovely bright day. It’s actually felt warmer in the back garden during the day.
The temperature is dropping fast now possibly meaning another frosty night. Muttlies evening walk will be chilly I think so he won’t be out for long. Considering he has a double coat he prefers to be in the warm.
