isolating water from boiler on T4 Topaz Empty isolating water from boiler on T4 Topaz

I was wondering if anyone had put an isolating tap on the water supply to the hot water boiler on the Topaz so that it does not fill when the water tank is filled. I have not used the boiler in the last 18 months and thought that the might be a Good fix.
