Topaz water system

Hi I’m new on here and a novice camper vanner  ,I got my van last summer and used it several trips all ok but today doing cleaning etc to prepare for this year , I’ve filed water tank today and used fresh water cleaner, I’ve read the manual and whilst the water was initially coming out of taps I turned off to stop for a coffee , when I turned taps and pump back on there is lots of gurgling but no water ? I read that you put taps on then switch pump on but can’t understand why water not now running? I’ve done this a few times and waited for what seems like ages but no water ? , Tank light shows plenty in there, Help anyone?

Do you have water under the van ? If so, check the dump valve. Yellow lever needs to be horizontal, left or right.

I hade similar problem but took my topaz out for a 10 mile trip and when I arrived home it seemed to remove any airlocks in the system

Thanks both i took it out on Saturday and all seems ok now, I also found that the fridge didn’t get cold  on EHU, but realised I think that I was parked on too much of a slope all is ok since taking it for a drive , thanks for messaging,
