If I worked out the cost, to fuel up my MH over one year, I would probably end up selling it. But as it is our holidays and pastime I never even think of checking the consumption. Why bother.

I get consistently 32mpg or better and that is full tank to full tank and taking mileage reading from speedometer. never cross checked against onboard computer. 2,500 miles of which was touring around France this spring.

I have a 23 year old diesel duetto automatic, we average about 28.5 mpg
