AUTO SLEEPER HARMONY 2002 KITCHEN SINK TAPS

I wonder if anybody can help to point me in the right direction, ideally I want to replace the two tap heads on the kitchen sink, this is proving to be a difficult to find part. I have searched all the usual places on the net to no avail, any advice much appreciated. I know the two kitchen tap heads are the same as the shower tap heads.

Different taps have been  fitted over the years, so could you post photo?...

Thanks Paul, I was unsure how to put a picture but got it sorted now.

A naive question - we have just bought a Harmony with a kitchen tap which looks like the photo above.  Our expectation was that the tap should swivel to a vertical position ... but ours doesn't seem to do so ... .  I have tried loosening the visible nuts on each side, but to no avail.  Am I being an idiot?
