Top Drive Air Suspension Warwick XL 2020
Bit confused how to put air into these, I get the fact that you connect a pump to either left or right hand valve, its the red and black knobs I dont understand they pull out and turn do I have to turn fully anticlockwise then fill and turn clockwise when done. Instructions are not very clear.

All I do with mine is to connect air supply to valve and inflate until you reach the correct pressure and remove air supply.

Thanks for the quick reply, gef wrote:All I do with mine is to connect air supply to valve and inflate until you reach the correct pressure and remove air supply.
What position are your knobs in, looking closer they are marked an elongated arrow direction of turn then opposite is Push to Lock then in the centre looks like arrows pointing straight ahead left and right.

I do exactly the same as gef posted. My van is 2019 and there are no valves to operate, so I am guessing a different system has been fitted to your 2020 model.
Hopefully there is someone here with the same as you who will clear up your question.

Are the knobs to enable different maximum pressures to be set ? I haven’t got this but just a thought.
I have found this but I don't pretend to understand....
The inflation system of this type includes an “inflation and control unit” equipped with traditional inflation valves (Schrader type but made ad hoc), combined with a pair of pressure gauges and valves for limiting the inlet pressure. This system allows to limit the inflation pressure on the individual air springs, also allowing a differentiated calibration between the right and left side, in this way the user does not have to worry excessively about the pressure control of the air springs and does not need to intervene. after installation or calibration by a professional.

Top Drive are manufactured in Italy. I'd give Marcle Leisure a call, they stock every brand of air suspension Inc Top drive.

Funny I was just reading that on a site that sells it, I think you are spot on.Paulmold wrote:Are the knobs to enable different maximum pressures to be set ? I haven’t got this but just a thought.
"The kit is supplied with the Top Drive control valves enabling individual maximum pressures to be pre-set and inflation provided from any external inflation method"
Still not sure how it works getting dark now I'll have another look tomorrow.
