Topaz front seat bed infill cushions

We just acquired a 2007 Topaz and realised it's missing its front seat infill cushions to level the beds. We are managing without them but it would be nice to replace them. Does anyone know if you can buy them or have them made up? Thanks.

All internal seating foam and upholstery is made by Premier Furnishings  of Ilkeston.  They may have templates. Otherwise hopefully someone  with  a Topaz built on same VW base (is that t5?) can give you size and shape details.
