Ford Duetto 2001, 12v Master switch stuck

Hi, I am hoping someone can help please. I have a 2001 Duetto. Went to start out on a trip today but couldn’t turn on the 12v circuit Master switch on the left hand side of the control unit which is above the sink.
I am not sure if it means the switch is broken or if a fuse has blown. I’d be most grateful for any advise/ things I can try or point me in the direction of an electrician in the Midlands area who can help. Thank you
