Common problem.........stick finger into plug hole and give it a swirl, immediate improvement on drainage, till next time! Sure you would like permanent solution, likemany of us,but without redesign  of pipe work dont think you can do much else. I believe it’s a common issue which AS have not addressed.

On occasions when levelling up the van, we found the kitchen sink was very slow to drain. Eventually discovered the pipe work went slightly up hill to the horizontal. Solution was to disregard the spirit level and deliberately raise the front wheels on levelling blocks more so to make the front of the van higher than the back.

Did the fridge work OK like that? It's just that when we were nose down the fridge didn't work at all?

Thanks for the suggestion though will certainly give it a try.

Never had a problem with our fridge, but then I don't know what type you have and not sure what our's is either, it just works smile!,no matter what state the van is parked.
