Topaz Seat Repair Empty Topaz Seat Repair

The drivers seat on my 04 VW topaz has worn through near the edge. Its only a small patch but will only get worse so does anyone know of anybody who can repair the seat fabric. I wonder if it would be possible to get it darned or something like that. Its a shame as van has only done 15000 miles.

Hi Simon

Funny enough I have just seen my driver seat base starting to wear at 37000 miles. If I don't do something with it there will be a hole. I don't know if Autosleeper factory would hold the same fabric stock for that year. Probably the only answer is to have bases on the driver and passenger seats re upholstered in a similar plain fabric. scratch head

Try Regal Upholstery - they do a lot of work for Autosleeper. Around £50 fitted from memory.
