Topaz 2007 seat

On my previous Topaz the securing bolts were inserted from the underneath side of the van floor so that the nuts were visible inside the seat.In this 2007 van the bolts have been inserted from the top.              On the previous 2004 van,I used to remove the nuts easily and the take out the box seat and be able to carry large items and easily replace the seat afterwards.I realise it is a move from a T4  to  T5. I wondered if anyone knows if the bolts can be reversed without taking off the fuel tank. ?
