Water pump fuse blowing

I've just filled the water tank on my Warwick Duo to clean the system, and when I turned the pump on the fuse blew. Several times. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you heard the pump run at all, or does the fuses just blow? If that's the case it sounds like the pump has seized after a long period of inactivity. It may be u/s or it may just need a twiddle to overcome the sticking.
