Topaz bathroom roof exhaust fan
Hi folks.
I took apart the bathroom roof vent in my 06 Topaz on VW base for cleaning, and discovered that several fan blades were broken off.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement set of fan blades? Do I need to purchase the whole fan unit? I didn't see a manufacturer's name.
Cheers from Leon

It may be an after fit, not really sure, as we only had an opening vent on our 2007 Topaz.
Let's hope someone will be along soon to be of more use than me. Sorry to be of no use.

Hi Richard.
The fan looks original, in terms of its fitment and wiring, rather than an after-fit.
The easiest thing is to ring Auto Sleepers. I will do so, and will report.
Good wishes from Leon

I hope you get the answer you want from A/S, they usually are very good at these things, or were when "Mark" was there.
Maybe it was an additional extra, then taken off the list when I purchased mine new in 2007.
Bit surprised no one else has responded to your question as there are plenty of Topaz owners on here.
Best of luck.

I expect you know, but just incase when contacting A/S they will ask you the build No. Usually found on a label in the glove box. Just hope their records go back that far.

Have you managed to sort out your fan?
Hope you had some luck.

Hi folks.
It's an Omnivent fan, now manufactures by Thule.
Replacement fan blades easy to source online.
When I rang auto Sleepers they said that they couldn't see a ventilation fan on the job sheet for the van. It may have been fitted after the van was originally manufactured.
Have ordered fan blades online: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
This issue should be sorted shortly.
Thanks for the comments.

Yes didn't think they came as standard fitment. Maybe previous owner had bad wind
Pleased you have got to the bottom of it and that they still have the production records.
