henry water heater on Peugeot Symbol 2000
Hi , I cant seem to get the gas burner on my water heater to work .
With the gas turned on and the button pressed all I get is the on light then the battery light comes on orange (leisure battery is charged) and the gas light illuminates red so all three lights are on . I don't have a manual for the water heater and I've also never used it before so don't have a clue where to start . Anybody help ?

The Henry was never an original fitment. It is a Chinese copy of a Carver Cascade heater which stopped production at the end of the 90's. Unfortunately the Henry has also now been discontinued. Whether instructions are identical I don't know but Cascade instructions can be downloaded from this company who specialise in keeping Carver products working..

I don't know if any members here have a Henry but hopefully someone has and can help you.

As Paul said, fairly easy to remove from the van. A good clean might do the trick. If unsuccessful arc systems or ebay for a replacement

I've recently connected it up to the mains and I now have hot water so hopefully if I get the burner serviced it may work , however for now with elec hook up I'm sorted.
