Gas Blown Air Heater
Following on that I have a problem with the only socket in the camper van and I am going away in it next week - does anyone else sleep with the heater on. I remember that the advice is that we should not. It is quite noisy when it switches on and off - but is there any reason why it could not be left on all night? fortunately although I cannot plug into mains all the 12v and gas connections are working. So a hot water bottle and my dog might keep me warm but the heater would be a bonus maybe set at low.

I have slept off grid with the heater running, it was minus 6. I went to bed with it off, when I woke up cold in the night, I put it on low. It did however use a fair bit of electric running the fan on top of the other needs being off grid

I used my Propex heater several times all night in very cold weather, it does draw quite a lot of current but as long as your leisure battery is good it should be fine.
