Peugeot windscreen wipers 2016 model

I’ve a problem with the drivers side wiper juddering across the screen, this has happened before and was cured by replacing the blade, however as the replacement has gone the same way in a short period of time (genuine Peugeot part) has any one encountered this and found a cure. There’s nothing on the screen, it seems now the cooler weather is here, the rubber has changed and caused this problem. All my other vehicles are ok and the blades last years between replacement is needed due to deterioration in performance.

Sorry if it sounds obvious but are you sure the windscreen is properly cleaned ?

Think sometimes one of the known cleaners will get deep down dirt off

Another possibility is arm lift.  Not seen them recently but years ago deflectors helped keep the blade on the screen and were available fro motor accessory shops

Think quality.   Bosch is best IMHO

Not long after acquiring our two year old van, the drivers side began to break up. We were staying at CMC Stover so purchased both replacement blades from nearby Trago Mills. At a fiver each, they were initially intended as a temporary fix until acquiring Bosch. Almost two years on, the ' cheapo pair are performing well.
