Kingham table
Hello Folks
I have recently purchased a second hand Kingham. My problem is it does not have a large table. These tables seem to be a special shape and size to enable it to fit in the over cab compartment. I am trying to source one from Auto-sleeper without much success due to the long lead time. We are traveling in Europe for the winter from November. It would be good if someone could pass to me the size and shape of the top. So maybe I could buy a standard one and modify it, or even make a new one. Any other ideas welcome. Thanks in anticipation

This video shows the two tables, coffee on pole early and the freestanding folding later.

We bought a great table from Costco that fits in the overcab space. It’s also lighter and less likely to show scratches etc.

Re: Kingham table
Have a word with your local dealer.
Ours has several second hand tables, presumably taken from vans when no longer required, and we bought one for a tenner.
The colour doesn't match, but that doesn't bother us.
If you need bosses and a leg for it, beware of mixing Fiamma with the ones A/S supply. The tapers don't always fit together snugly so the table can wobble.
Hope this helps - if only as a temporary solution for your holiday.

Re: Kingham table
The storage of the table above the cab is both a nuisance and takes up valuable storage space. We leave ours at home and make do with a light weight cheaper table from B&M that fits under the bench seat leaving more storage above the cab.

The AS table that fits above the cab rattles and I don’t find it’s really big enough or stable. Still looking for a better alternative.

Re: Kingham table
Know this is an old thread but have the same problem. We seldo use the large table inside the van, it rattles and hogs space. We recently bought this Zempire bamboo table

Expensive but worth it folds up to a neat rectangular shape in its own bag. Will fit in any of the storage spaces on the Kingham. Though we tried it in the overcab space fits and doesn't rattle and will not scratch the wood work. Not had a chance to use it on site but very pleased with it. It took us a long while to find what we were looking for.
