Another table topic
I have been looking for a replacement table for our Warwick as the original is to heavy.I can't find one that is a suitable size for the two of us to eat, and light enough.
It's the width that is the problem as most of the tables i looked at were to wide.
Any suggestions please.

Less to trip over inside. Stable outside on uneven ground. You supply your own table top so it will be exactly what you want. (Ours cost a tenner second hand from our dealer. It doesn't match, but who cares.)
We find it does what we want.

I assume you have the tripod as well as the leg? On the Warwick the maximum distance between the bench seats is 40 cm. Would the tripod fit?

58cm so no good for you I fear.
Shame about that as it's a very useful table, but good job you asked.

I'll measure ours in a minute Rich. I think it's about that size.

Re: Another table topic
65 x 45 so probably a bit too short for what you want.
Our dealer has a number of second hand tables which he sells for not much money. We had one for the Fiamma tripod table (as I said earlier) so that might be your best option. No doubt other dealers and caravan places do the same.

Re: Another table topic
Just noticed you are in Worcester Rich.
Our dealer is Cotswold Motorhomes at Bishops Cleeve. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Now I've said he had several second hand tables I hope he still has them, or you will be after me! I didn't look closely, but he may have one that would suit you.
Ours was very cheap because it's quite an old one, but it was exactly the size we wanted and we are not fussed about it matching. (Just as well, since it's nothing like the rest of the van furniture!!)
Worth asking.

Re: Another table topic
The small table in Doris was the wrong size. It was square and was a replacement by the previous owner. As a result it would not fit in the storage slot behind the side seat and had to be stored in the luton. I could not find anybody that was selling tables the correct measurements. I had however a piece of oak veneered blockboard which was needing recycled. It was cut to size, the corners rounded, sanded and varnished. I took the fitting from the original table and put it on the blockboard and I have a new table that is the correct size and colour.
