New Seals on Large Brown Side Panels Empty New Seals on Large Brown Side Panels

I have a large brown plastic panel on each side of my Topaz, and the seals are perishing. How easy is it to take the panels off and put new seals on? (I have the seals as they are sold by the metre.)

Is there a guide or instructions on how to do this on line anywhere?
