New (to us) Kemerton
Contrary to the username we're no longer Symbol owners. We took delivery of a 3yr old Kemerton (6m version) last week from Nick Whale Motorhomes at Evesham.
Thanks to this excellent forum we felt far better informed about the van than we would otherwise have been. Based on the issues raised here, both generally and specifically for the Kemerton, we made check lists for the first viewing and for the final handover. We're very grateful for all the advice we received over the past 3 weeks on the subjects of water fill methods and Whale vs Shurflo pumps. We opted for a conventional filler in additional to the Whale Watermaster and for a Shurflo instead of a Whale submersible. All fitted prior to handover, along with a Thetford Freshen-up kit we requested.
The Nick Whale dealership performed faultlessly and we'll post separately in the relevant section on our experience with them.
Guess we'll have to keep the username, at least the photo is up to date!

Moderators have no access at all to members' personal information, nor would they want the ability to intrude upon anyone's privacy.
Admin himself can do it, but he's the only one.

Congratulations Symbol/ Kemerton Bath!
We visited Nick Whale recently and drooled a bit ( not actually!) over this Kemerton. It looked lovely. Hope you have great times with it.

Haha thanks for your kind thoughts Bev. Glad you managed to restrain yourselves! The van is indeed superb. We just want the weather to improve so we can get away in it!

Don't let the weather put you off. Was away camping last weekend in the Kemerton, near Skipton, just made it back home on Tues night before it came down fast & furious.

You are able to change your username by editing your profile.symbol-bath wrote:Guess we'll have to keep the username, at least the photo is up to date!
NB despite what I said previously you can do this yourself without involving an admin or moderator.
Hope that helps.

Definitely Wargenwolf, recognise the picture. He'll be amused when he sees all this later!
Autosleepy-Don: good point, hadn't thought this through, but not planning on moving!

Re: New (to us) Kemerton
I guessed it was Wargenwolf as I've read his posts under the Kingham name on another forum and tied the names a while ago. There are several members that I've tied to other names in other forums when they post the same topics.

Sorry folks, I never gave a thought to adding 'formerly known as' to my signature, but it will be sorted if Crystal Palace club site wifi holds out a little longer.
