Used to use a Fiamma wheeled container and submersible pump when we had the Nuevo but although we could store in washroom we haven't a 12v socket near enough to filler even with an extension to use the pump so got the plastic Jerry can instead.

Re: Kemerton 2015 Model - Issues
Hi everyone,
Thanks for all your comments and thoughts, as always we've learned a lot on this insightful forum.
It's been a revelation to see how many different ways there are to put fresh water in the van and it's been a lot of fun to read some of the amusing comments! We hope some of you are still on speaking terms with each other, but there's clearly no limit to people's resourcefulness! Our conclusion is that we'll retain the Whale system and fit a conventional filler in addition, giving us both options - in the same way that AS now fit both in some of their new vans.
More generally the forum has been an excellent resource in helping us go through the Kemerton to check for things that have cropped up on here as previous issues - everything from reliability of day running lights, correct fitting of air-ride bellows, paint quality and the ubiquitous microwave shelf fixings, etc. We spent 3 hours going through the van on Saturday and came away having done the deal, feeling that we'd been as thorough as we could be.
When I asked the salesman for a set of steps so we could inspect the roof I couldn't be sure if he was impressed or exasperated! It proved to be justified as the large Heki showed up a fault that wasn't visible from inside the van. Time will tell whether our optimism is justified but thanks to this splendid forum we are far better informed buyers than when we bought the Symbol 7 years ago and were unaware of this forum. It will also help make the handover process in 2 weeks a lot easier.
So thanks again to all of you who shared your experiences, past and present. We'll keep you posted on how things progress.
Tim & Ruth

What a great post Tim and Ruth
Thanks and yes this is a really friendly forum which is something to be cherished these days when so much aggression and bad feeling has crept into other motorhome forums.
You will love your new Kemerton and sure to experience many wonderful trips, maybe see you down here in Cornwall one day!
Happy travels

It might reassure members to know that my great, great grandfather was the first Baron Jeffreys of Wem.

Hi Tim and Ruth. Its good to know you 'have done the deal'. I'm sure you will quickly appreciate and thoroughly enjoy the Kemerton on your future holiday trips. Will look forward to your future posts on this no arguments, just carefully considered alternatives, very friendly forum.
