Auto gas for 2000 Duetto
Hi floks
My apologies if this has come up before.
I have a 2000 LWB AS Duetto (rear wheel drive) and I am thinking it will be necessary to install auto gas for extended trips to foreign parts. It would seem the optimum solution would be an 'underslung' tank, but where to locate? All views gratefully received - has anybody done it to a Duetto of similar spec? I've looked at the appropriate web sites for known suppliers of tanks but I think there's such a wealth of knowledge and experience on this forum it would be foolish not to consult the oracle on this topic!

Hi tallslimdave
I assume you modified the locker for a 6kg bottle?
Mine will only take a 4.5kg bottle.
Did you also use the remote fill kit to outside of vehicle?

Hello again tallslimdave
Are you talking about the (wardrobe) cupboard above the bottom (gas) locker? I could get a 6kg in there I think thus freeing up the bottom locker. Is your remote filler on the outside NS of the vehicle?
