Hello Auto-Sleeper Duetto owners
Hi
We have just bought our 1st AS the Duetto 4 berth on Transit chassis
It aint new but the quality of fittings seemed really good, I hope the Transit bears this up too as its the 1st Transit I have had since a Wayfarer ib the 80s !
After many years of Ducato driving this in itself made the choice difficult but the apparent quality of build swayed us ! We hopr to have many happy touring miles with it !

Re: Hello Auto-Sleeper Duetto owners
Thanks
The van conversion looks great and apart from some small differences (from Swift) like it seems all electric has to be off at the mains in the van pre hook up I think we are ok with that side, but the Transit van is the bit that is new. I read a lot about the van before purchase and the main comments seemed to be about rust (our is a 98 "smiley") it is also the oldest van we have owned but its come with FSH and a TB turrbo conversion done, so fingers crossed !

Hi Dutto
Can see from you pic yours seems to be same model as ours, any problems with the mechanical bits, ours seems a bit low geared compared to the Ducato and 3000 revs in 5th equates to about 65mph will go to about 70 but seems strained beyond that, however seems more economical than Ducato but only done about 400 miles so far
