Warwick Duo 12 volt problem.
The 12 volt power on my Autosleeper Warwick Duo cuts out after a couple of hours. Lights, pump, fridge selector light, everything 12 volt cuts out. After putting it back on at the control panel (and it takes a couple of presses of the central button to put it back on) the pump still doesn't come on, although it says 'on' on the display, and I have to turn it 'off' and then 'on' again for it to come on. After another couple of hours it all goes off again. Any ideas anyone?

Which models of power supply and control panel are installed in your van?

Hello. The hand book says that it is a PDU 4M which 'works in conjunction with the touch screen display'. The wiring diagram calls it a 'multi function touch screen LCD display/control panel' but no mention of a manufacturer's name. Hope that's enough information.

The PDU 4M appears to be part of a Plug-in-System which I believe is no longer in existence, however there is an ex service engineer who you can contact for advice at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Hope this helps Jeff.

Re: Warwick Duo 12 volt problem.
Thanks for that but the thread appears to refer to a different control panel. Mine is about 6"x4" with a silver surround. There are three touch sensitive buttons at the bottom, an arrow pointing left and right and a square in the middle. The actual screen is only about 2.5"x.75".
Tried to attach a photo but failed![You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Oh, no I didn't!

Sorry, I've not seen that one before. Hopefully someone will recognise it and enlighten me as to which system its from.

Re: Warwick Duo 12 volt problem.
Your unit was manufactured by MES tel 01926 499756 who were very helpful in the past, a while ago I returned a faulty unit to them and it was repaired and has since not been a problem. I can't remember the exact cost but I believe it was in the order of £75.

Yes, absolutely, MES. Same as mine.
