Veba Reversing Camera
I have a Warwick duo fitted with a reversing camera on the rear view mirror. Other than removing the camera does anyone know of a way to stop it vibrating whilst driving?

Are you asking about the camera on the back of the van or the monitor on the mirror? Is the vibration of the picture or physical vibration? What problem is it causing?

Sorry for causing confusion I am talking about the monitor attached to the rear view mirror. It is just that with the monitor vibrating up and down it is difficult to focus on what is directly behind you. I realise that the door mirrors should be used on most occasions but since I have been driving I have just got used to using the interior rear view mirror.

I don't have any window in the rear of the van so its not a problem for me. Someone else may have an idea how to minimise it.

I don't have a rear window, but have the Veba running whilst driving. My monitor does not vibrate at all. I would check the monitor is clipped on correctly or is it the mirror mount itself?

Mine is rock steady. Do you have any other vibrations in the cab?

Mine is also rock steady, seems to me the fittings on your rear view mirror are not secured, might be worth checking. Has it always been like it or only recently?

It is the monitor that vibrates when it is mounted on the mirror. Without the monitor in place the rear view mirror is steady. I don't have any other vibrations in the cab in fact everything is relatively quite and steady whilst driving along. The monitor has always vibrated since new ie June 2015.

How about a couple of blobs of bluetack between the monitor and mirror? Stops many little rattles in my cab area.

Re: Veba Reversing Camera
I get some vibrstion, too. Generally it is not noticeable but on the occasions when it is I put my left handon the monitorto steady it. These monitors are, IMHO too heavy for the interior mirror mount. I cannot read any writing on the lorry behind unless I put a finger on the monitor. But I can see thst there is a lorry there. My solution has been to add a fresnel lens to the top offside corner of the rear window. That gives me a very broad resr view plus through the rest of the window a normal size view. It works for me.
If I use the full time rear view on the monitor I hsve to adjust the mirror so that I cannot see the optjcal reflection.
