We have a 2014 Symbol and yes, you can make two single beds using the additional cushions provided.

Same goes for a 2001 Symbol! If you are buying secondhand, Make sure all the cushions are there!!

We had a 59 Symbol, we had choice of two singles or one double , the bench seat can be widened another 4 inches to form a generous single behind the drivers seat.

smile!       We have a 2004 Symbol and YES you can have the bed as two singles.........handy sometimes!

Two single beds can be made up in our 2009 Symbol without the use of additional cushions.

The one on the drivers side is longer than the one on the passenger side ,  just need to push seats forward and push in the extra cushion

On my Symbol you turn the passenger seat 180 degrees and the driver's seat 90 degrees.

No need for fillers.
