How many floor mount holes do you have?

May I suggest you have a look at "Handy Little Table" by "Whisky" under Technical Chat? Might this help you?

Re: Duetto tables..
In 2004 your Duetto would have been on a MK6 Transit. I have had Duettos on both MK5 and MK7 Transits and both of them had two mounting holes for tables. One for both occupants sitting on the main bench seat, side by side and one for a person on the single seat sitting opposite the other, sat on the swivelled passenger seat. Never had a problem with either arrangement and usually used the second, even though it did, to some extent obstruct the side door (was never really a problem).

Re: Duetto tables..
Re Duetto table forget the mounting holes and use a tripod leg which can be moved around, and be usefull outside. As the existing tables are very heavy, find yourself a sutabel Kitchen cabinet door flat with Bevelled edge and colour and size of your choice add a tabel suport for pole.
hope this helps.

Re: Duetto tables..
Thanks. The floor holes do seem to be the problem and a tripod base would give us the flexibility and allow access in and out of sliding door. Time to search for tripod base at a good price!

Re: Duetto tables..
If using a tripod you will need a shorter leg or the table height will be too high. I think the standard leg is 70 cm, so you will need a 60cm leg. You can't just cut a standard one down as you need it to be tapered at both ends.
